Payment is through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.
California residents will be charged sales tax.
I am not able to combine shipping for multiple orders at this time. If purchasing more than one item, you may avoid paying duplicate shipping costs by checking out only once rather than placing multiple orders.
Our shop uses calculated shipping. If you are overcharged for shipping at checkout, you will be refunded for all excess shipping over $1 once your order ships.
I strive to have a short turnaround time! Most skeins you see in the shop are ready to ship and will be sent out within four business days. Dyed to order yarn can take up to 21 business days to be dyed, dried and shipped - but check the listing for individual turn around time estimates .
Please make sure your PayPal and shipping mailing addresses are up to date! I am incredibly sympathetic to customers' loss in cases of missing packages, but due to the time it takes to make items I can not be responsible for replacing items lost in transit.
Yarn will arrive in a skein (hank) and must be wound into a ball or cake before use. If you have never wound a skein of yarn before YouTube has wonderful tutorials to help you (it's easy!). I do not offer refunds for damaged or improperly wound yarn.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love your purchase! I care about my work and about my customers, and will never sell or ship you something that I do not feel is perfect, however, if you feel there is something wrong with your item or you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please give me the opportunity make it right - message me with any and all concerns.
Cancellations on in-stock items can be made within 24 hours - after that time, your item might already be on its way to you!
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of receiving the item(s); additionally, purchases must be returned in their original undamaged and unused condition (i.e. yarn must not be caked or cut, labels must be intact). Please note that custom orders are final sale, except in case of seller error.
